Jacqui is the Chair of female empowerment campaign Empower and the Jo Cox Foundation. She is also the Chair of University Hospital Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust, Sandwell Children’s Trust and Precious Trust and The King’s Fund. She was Labour MP for Redditch between 1997 and 2010. In government, Jacqui served as Minister for Women and Equalities, Health Minister and Schools Minister before becoming the first woman to hold the office of Home Secretary.

Naomi is the CEO of Best for Britain, the all-party campaign group fighting for British interests in Europe.

Prior to leading Best for Britain, Naomi was the former Executive Director of Campaigns at the business lobby group London First.

Prior to focusing on her campaigning work, Naomi spent 15 years working in finance and accounting with the likes of Arthur Andersen, Deloitte, and Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, as well as chairing voluntary groups.
