Last night Higginson Strategy held its Summer Reception at the Houses of Parliament.

Sponsored by Green Biofuels, and hosted by Lord Hayward, the evening of celebrations was attended by MPs, peers, business and charity leaders and journalists.

A special guest speech was given by George Parker, Political Editor of the Financial Times.

Purpose-driven communications agency, Higginson Strategy was founded in 2017 and built our reputation fighting plastic pollution and championing women’s rights.

We shared the event with opinion website Comment Central which was relaunched this year. Non-partisan Comment Central provides opinion pieces from global thought leaders on politics, the environment and health. Contributors include former Liberal Democrats leader, Sir Vince Cable, former Green Party leader, Baroness Natalie Bennett, former Defence Secretary Liam Fox MP and MP for Odessa, Ukraine, Oleksiy Goncharenko.

Green Biofuels is the UK’s leading provider of HVO that works to support the transition to net zero with renewable fuel.

Co-founder of Higginson Strategy, John Higginson, said: “It was wonderful seeing so many friends old and new at last night’s drinks some of whom travelled from overseas to be there.

“Higginson Strategy was set up to create positive change working with business, NGOs, politicians and the media and having all four of those groups well represented last night was very powerful.

“I am very thankful to our clients for working with us and our hard working staff who make it happen.”
