Higginson Strategy was pleased to welcome new MPs to Parliament during its Summer Party on Tuesday.
The reception, sponsored by B Lab UK and hosted by the Rt Hon Baroness Verma saw more than 150 guests attend.
On the very day that a new generation of parliamentarians was sworn in, this event brought together an impressive array of attendees from organisations including: Jude’s Ice Cream, Better Energy, The Climate Centre, Banham Security, the Crown Estates Bank, YMCA, Plantlife, Tilda, Stop Ecocide International, Global Action Plan, Bloody Good Period, Credit Suisse, Four Paws, Peabody Estates, KPMG, Rolls-Royce, Huel, Chanel, the Canadian High Commission and International Chamber of Commerce.
The event was attended by MPs, and Peers from across the political spectrum, including: Chris Bloore MP (con), Caroline Voaden MP (lib dem), Angus Mac Donald MP (lib dem), Sharon Hodgson MP (lab), Chris Chope MP (con), Ben Maguire MP (lib dem), Andrew George MP (lib dem), Lord Fox (lib dem), Lord Stone of Blackheath (con) Baroness Bennett (green) and Baroness Doocey (lib dem).

A highlight of the evening was special guest speeches delivered by Caroline Wheeler – Political Editor of The Sunday Times and Chris Turner, Executive Director at B Lab UK, and John Higginson – founder of Higginson Strategy and editor-in-chief of Comment Central.
