Beth is a recognised leader in social impact and sustainability, with over 15 years of experience and the title of ‘Great British Businesswoman of the Year’ in 2022.
Since 2016, she has been a Senior Associate at the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL). Her work spans female empowerment and corporate sustainability, driving initiatives that advanced diversity, closed gender representation gaps, and tackled pay inequities in the tech sector.
Previously, Beth led Amazon’s European social impact programs, overseeing humanitarian aid for the Ukraine War, disaster relief, and pandemic response efforts.
Beth also serves as a Non-Executive Director at VisitBritain and Chair of Save the Children International’s Corporate Advisory Board, leveraging her corporate social and environmental sustainability expertise to further their missions.
