The role:

  • Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok adapting content to suit different channels
  • Proactively manage a range of social media platforms for the company and its clients to attract new visitors, engage existing users, and gain visibility through curating an active community and thereby encouraging sharing of content
  • Play a key role in the development of the social media strategy for a variety of clients, introducing new and innovative ways of working to develop a social media presence
  • Craft engaging story-telling opportunities to generate positive news and feature stories for clients
  • Ensure consistency across social assets in terms of tone, voice and visual representation, in line with the client’s brand and style guidelines
  • Grow social following and engagement on posts
  • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development
  • Stay up-to-date with platform advancements, including all current and emerging social media trends


  • Working across multiple projects at any given time, you’ll have strong juggling and prioritisation skills learnt in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment and you’ll have great communication skills
  • Previous experience as a Social Media Manager
  • In depth knowledge of all aspects of marketing, public relations, digital and social media
  • Genuine passion for social media and the latest digital marketing trends
  • Creative, excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Good interpersonal and team working skills
