Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 depending on experience  

We are looking for a confident Marketing Manager to join our creative and friendly team. You will manage our multiple internal marketing streams and play a role in generating new business leads. 

The candidate will ideally have a minimum of two years of marketing experience, in an in-house or agency role. You will have the ability to demonstrate leadership under pressure and a keen desire to use communications to make the world a better place.

The role 

– Managing a small marketing team of account executives, and overseeing a range of different marketing streams to hit KPIs and help to generate new business leads and recruits. 

-Managing ‘up’ to ensure founders are provided with timely information to take decisions and provide good senior counsel. 

-Maintaining Higginson Strategy’s website to make it a key lead-generating tool by offering strategic ideas for improvement, creating blog posts and writing case studies. 

-Providing strategic oversight of Higginson Strategy’s social media channels to engage with a relevant audience. 

-Managing Higginson Strategy’s podcast Communicating Purpose by supporting with securing new guests, reviewing briefing documents and editing.  

-Researching for relevant events for Higginson Strategy’s founders to speak at, and securing spaces with confident pitches.  

-Identifying potential new clients and sending outreach emails to generate new business opportunities. 

-Supporting with the design of engaging new business proposal decks  

-Presenting monthly reports on Higginson Strategy’s marketing streams that demonstrate ROI. 

Skills 

-Experience with marketing management to achieve KPIs 

-Understanding of website marketing and proficiency in WordPress  

-Top-tier written and verbal communication skills 

-Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail  

-A flair for creativity, strategic thinking, and innovation  

-Commercial awareness and business acumen  

-Experience with using project management tools

Higginson Strategy offers a salary of £30,000 to 35,000 as well as the following benefits:
